Dave Albert, President and Founder of Retail Control Systems, started RCS as a direct result of his former business, selling hardware for the retail bicycle industry. Realizing the need for Point-of-Sales software and technical support for retailers Dave adapted the business by selling CounterPoint POS software and added staff to accommodate his client's needs.

Currently, Dave's primary focus is ensuring each client has all the tools a retailer needs to compete in today's competitive market.
