As the Director of Operations, you keep our customers running smoothly! You’ll ensure efficient support resolution and delivery of products and services to our clients by working with our amazing team of professional service techs and technical support reps. Designing and implementing in your toolset? Great! You’ll be instrumental in helping to build and track metrics to monitor the ongoing health and profitability of the professional services team and our help desk assistance for client systems. RCS is looking for the right candidate who will bring in their experience to help scale up our operational team and processes while allowing our team members to grow and hold them accountable when appropriate.
Hybrid-Remote or in-person in our NH office, RCS is a fun workplace. Which is good for you because who wants a full-time gig that’s not fun? Now the official stuff; the right candidate will have a background rich in operations, leading teams, and implementing processes. We are looking for someone with management-level experience and preferably 8+ years of experience in operations-type roles.
