Richard Yung is the Technical Support Manager at RCS and works out of our New Hampshire office. Richard was most recently with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and as an RCS customer, he was very impressed with RCS’ technical support, implementation and our willingness to go above and beyond to make the customer a priority.

Outside of work, Richard and his wife enjoy hosting potluck dinners for family and friends. Richard is also an amateur photographer using Nikon equipment, and he enjoys cooking. He recently purchased a Meat Smoker and is looking forward to experimenting with different meats.
Richard is a first-generation American Chinese born in Brookline, Massachusetts. In 2017, Richard went on a 10 day European vacation; London, Amsterdam and then to Paris where he proposed to his wife while having brunch in front of the Eiffel Tower. He and his wife married in 2018, hosting a 175 person wedding on his front lawn.
Richard brings to RCS an open-mindedness and cumulative life skills that have proven to be invaluable. Patience, active listening and a sense of humor are also strengths that he continues to hone and practice.
