Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Retail Control Systems (RCS) offers a bonus for referring a new customer. Please review these terms carefully. Then, if you’re an RCS partner or RCS customer, refer a friend.
Leads must be referred to RCS through the online form or in writing to an RCS employee.
RCS customers, employees, consultants, investors, and friends are all eligible for a referral bonus; with the exception of RCS employees within the Sales organization, who do not qualify.
The original lead source must be “Referral.” If a lead is already in the system under a different source, the referrer is not eligible for the bonus. RCS reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source of the referred customer. Exceptions may be made by RCS if the lead was already in the system, but has not been contacted by RCS for 6 or more months.
Retail and restaurant owners or operators may not refer their own business.
When eligible for the bonus, an RCS team member will reach out to the referrer via email to obtain the necessary payout information.
Referrers may be required to complete a W9 form before receiving a check.
Retail Control Systems reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral bonus plan at any time in its sole discretion.
