Yesterday, our Sales and Marketing team came together for a productive and energizing Quarterly Meeting — a valuable opportunity to align on strategies that help drive better outcomes for our retail partners.
These sessions allow us to take a step back, reflect on what’s working, and collaborate on new ways to support operational excellence across the retail space. It was especially rewarding to connect in person, exchange insights, and strengthen the collaboration that fuels our shared success.
We wrapped up the day with a fun and friendly mini golf showdown — the perfect way to enjoy some sunshine and celebrate a day well spent!

To celebrate our exciting growth, we’ve launched a flower growing contest for the entire RCS team! Back in March, everyone received seeds and supplies to get started, and since then, it`s been all hands (and green thumbs) on deck as our team works hard to grow the most impressive blooms possible.
We believe in a little healthy competition—it keeps things fun and fresh! After all, one of our core values is “Be fun to work with”, and this challenge is just one of the many ways we bring that to life.
